Quest Hotel and Conference Center Cebu just unveiled their new themed nights starting October 2019. Cebuanos favorite pastime is eating and we’re up for a new dining experience as the hotel’s all-day dining Puso Bistro and Bar presents an array of local and international options in the dinner buffet daily.

MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS

World’s Recipes jumpstarts the week with a variety of well-loved recipes from around the world with an international spread featuring mouthwatering carvings such as roast beef, deviled roast chicken, and baby back ribs. World’s Recipes is on Mondays and Wednesdays

TUESDAYS

For lovers of Asian food, Asian Classics on Tuesdays presents the region’s finest dishes, highlighted mainly with Japanese and Korean cuisines. On top of famous staples such as sushi and samgyeopsal, Tuesday nights also feature unique finds like Japanese curry and desserts including matcha pistachio entremet, and wasabi cheesecake

THURSDAYS and SUNDAYS

On Thursdays and Sundays, guests are up for a culinary adventure across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the Luzviminda theme. The Filipino feast features mains such as sinaing na tulingan and espasol from Luzon; lechon roll and pinasugbo from Visayas; and grilled chicken palapa and durian pastillas from Mindanao. Traditional appetizers like itlog na maalat and kinilaw na puso ng saging star in the spread as well.

FRIDAYS

TGIF gets a new meaning with Seafood Celebration on Fridays. The sea’s fresh bountry takes centerstage in the sushi and sashimi station, crabs and mixed seafood on ice, and dishes including seafood paella, stuffed black grouper, barbecue squid salad, and shrimp and noodles summer roll. Luscious desserts like brownie s’mores, lime pie, and chocolate rum cake complete the celebration.

SATURDAYS

Saturdays are all about tropical tastes and island vibes with Hawaiian Luau. The theme night presents Hawaii’s famous grilled huli-huli chicken and pineapple fritters and puffs for dessert. The cuisine of Hawaii is famed for its distinctive food style that reflects the history of the islands.

Puso Bistro and Bar is a recipient for the second consecutive year of the TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence 2019, a testament to the exquisit dining selection and impressive service. Aside from the dinner buffet themes, the all-day dining restuarnat offers an award-winning breakfast buffet spread, an international lunch buffet, and an a la carte menu.

The dinner buffet is open from 6PM to 10PM daily for P980 net per person daily except Friday which is at P1,200 net per person.
